INDIANAPOLIS -- A hazmat crew was called to the scene of a death investigation Saturday afternoon on Indianapolis' northeast side.

Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department say someone found a body in the 3600 block of north Leland Ave around 2 p.m.

They aren't sure at this point how the person died, but officers say they're looking into the possibility that they may have been manufacturing some sort of drug at the time of death.

A hazmat crew was requested just in case there were dangerous chemicals on hand used to make drugs.
