IMPD's Flex Team works to address Hoosier homelessness

INDIANAPOLIS -- Twice a week the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department's Flex Team walks through the city's homeless camps to check in on people and provide them with any help they can. 

The team of IMPD officers and mental health professionals from Pour House and Eskenazi Health are trying to address the barriers and challenges people experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis are going through. 

RTV6 tagged along with IMPD as they engaged one-on-one with some of the city's homeless.
