IMPD has found missing deaf woman with dementia

INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department detectives have located Maggie Deslauriers, who was missing and believed to be endangered Tuesday morning.

The 71-year-old was found at a Wal-Mart in Lawrence.

Deslauriers called her case manager this morning and left a message that indicated she was upset. She has threatened suicide in the past.

Deslauriers is deaf, diabetic and has been diagnosed with dementia.
