LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- A man was shot and killed near a street corner in Lafayette early Friday morning.
Lafayette Police were called to the intersection of 9th Street and Virginia Street just before 7 a.m.
When they arrived they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. That man later died. His identity has not been released.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Lafayette Police Department.
