INDIANAPOLIS -- A man in a wheelchair was hit by a vehicle and killed Friday morning on Indianapolis' north side.
The incident happened just after midnight near the intersection of 38th Street and Keystone Avenue.
The driver of a Chevy vehicle didn't see the man in the wheelchair, they told police. The driver is cooperating with police.
The victim is believed to be in his 50s or 60s and later died at a hospital.
