INDIANAPOLIS -- Part of the I-65 closure near downtown Indianapolis will re-open early, INDOT announced Monday.
The West Street ramps to I-65 will open Monday.
Traffic will be able to access I-65 northbound or southbound, but closures will still remain at 21st Street for southbound traffic and Meridian Street for northbound traffic.
Those spots are scheduled to re-open by Sunday, Aug. 5.
