SPEEDWAY, Ind. -- An 11-year-old Speedway girl is missing.
Laglasia Green was last seen at the Runaway Bay Apartments in Speedway at around 9 a.m. Monday.
She was wearing blue jeans, pink and gray shoes, and a yellow and black jacket. Laglasia is described as being 5 feet tall with an average build.
Police have been using a drone to help search for Green.
A police spokesperson said there is no Amber Alert because this case does not meet the following qualifications for one to be issued:
- The child must be under 18 years of age.
- The child must be believed to be abducted, and in danger of serious bodily harm or death.
- There must be enough descriptive information to believe the broadcast will help.
- Request must be recommended by the law enforcement agency of jurisdiction.
