INDIANAPOLIS — Police say one of the victims in a double shooting earlier this week has died.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metro Police department responded to a report of a shooting in the 1500 block of Barth Avenue on Monday. Upon arrival, they found Heather Mandujano, 40, and Adam Walls, 28, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to Eskenazi Hospital.
Mandujano died as a result of her injuries on Friday.
Police have arrested John Woodcock, 36, in connection to the double shooting. Woodcock has been preliminarily charged with attempted murder.
