Spirit Airlines announces expansion into Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — Spirit Airlines has announced an expansion into the Indianapolis International Airport.

The airline will service flights to and from Orlando, Florida, Las Vegas, and Myrtle Beach. 

The routes will also create connections within the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America. 

All three flights will be in effect by May 2.

Orlando, FL (MCO) - March 14, 2019 - Daily, year-round
Las Vegas, NV (LAS) - March 14, 2019 - Daily, year-round
Myrtle Beach, SC (MYR) - May 2, 2019 - 3x weekly, seasonal

"A growing metropolitan area, Indy has a lot to offer from local food and craft beer, to family friendly attractions including, of course, some heart pounding racing," said Matt Klein, Spirit Airlines’ Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. "We’re also equally excited to connect our new Indianapolis-area Guests to incredible entertainment, beautiful beaches, and world-renowned theme parks.”
