INDIANAPOLIS -- A standing ovation Friday night at the Indianapolis Indians game for hero teacher Jason Seaman.

Seaman stopped a student shooter last Friday at Noblesville West Middle School. He was shot three times in the process.

13-year-old Ella Whistler, another student at Noblesville West, was wounded but her condition is improving.

The honor at the Indians game is only the latest in a series of accolades for Seaman.

On Wednesday, the Indianapolis Colts wore #NOBStrong t-shirts during practice.

Seaman was also recognized at the Indianapolis 500 Victory Celebration on Monday.
