Arrest made in connection with double homicide on Indianapolis' northwest side

INDIANAPOLIS -- A 23-year-old has been arrested in connection with a double homicide on Indianapolis' northwest side Sunday evening. 

The shooting happened in the 6400 block of Mission Terrace around 9:30 p.m.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department detectives say Jonte Williams, 18, and Daquan Procter, 23, were both killed. 

On Wednesday, detectives arrested Corey Harvey, 23, in connection with their murders. Harvey is charged with suspicion of murder at this time. More charges could be filed at a later date. 

The shooting remains under investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
