INDIANAPOLIS -- Two sisters wanted for kidnapping, torture and murder in Detroit may be in the Indianapolis area.
Symone Monique Runels and Shavelle Monique Runels are accused of forcing Angela Neilson into the trunk of a car on Jan. 29, and then setting the car on fire with Neilson still inside.
Police say the sisters may have fled to Indy because they have relatives here.
