UPDATE | IMPD says they have located Matthew Rhodes and he is alive and well.

INDIANAPOLIS — Metro police are asking for the public's help locating a man who was last seen in the area of downtown Indianapolis on Oct. 3.
According to a report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Matthew Rhodes is prone to serious seizures and may be in need of immediate medical assistance.
Anyone with information on Rhodes' whereabouts are asked to call the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-TIPS (8477).
