INDIANAPOLIS — Keeping jobs and money in America is the goal of a trade show happening this weekend downtown.

Vendors from across the country are showcasing their American-made products at the Made In America 2019 trade show.

Organizers said they want to raise awareness for the economic and community impact of American manufacturing. Several of the companies are from Central Indiana, and the president of Holder Mattresses said they have a factory in Kokomo and all their beds are made with materials produced in the United States.

"We wanted to show the world that American manufacturing is here," Lauren Taylor said. "It is coming back and we want to make sure that it is supported and that our money stays here and our jobs stay here.

The event runs through Sunday afternoon at the Indiana Convention Center. Tickets range from $10 to $25.
