MADISON COUNTY, Ind. -- Three people have been arrested in connection with a man's body found in a wooded area in Madison County, Indiana.
The body was found shortly before 8 a.m. in a heavily wooded area of the nature preserve off Rangeline Road on the east side of Anderson.
The body had potentially been there for several days, according to medical personnel on the scene.
Brittney Vontress, 30, Jordan Zirkle, 30, and Taylor Wheeler, 22, all of Anderson, were arrested. They have been preliminarily charged with murder.
More information will be released once the victim is identified and family has been notified.
