INDIANAPOLIS — The Marion County Public Health Department will hold neighborhood cleanups from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday near two safe syringe sites.
According to a release, volunteers from the health department, the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County and the community will clean areas around Brookside Community Church and the Damien Center.
The health department agreed to provide periodic cleanups around safe syringe sites last year when the City-County Council approved the program.
