Missing 77-year-old Indy man found safe

7-23-2019 UPDATE: IMPD said Tuesday morning that MIckey Fowler had been located and is "doing well."

INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department missing person detectives are looking for a 77-year-old man who has Alzheimer's disease COPD.

IMPD said Mickey Fowler, who is described as a black man who is 5-feet-7-inches tall weighing 142 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes, was last seen Monday on his way to a restaurant near E. 38th Street and Emerson Avenue.

Fowler was wearing a green long-sleeved sweater, khaki pants and gray dress shoes and driving a red 2005 Buick Ranier SUV with license plate number D926ZM.
