INDIANAPOLIS—A 22-year-old Indianapolis woman is pleading guilty in the death of her one-month-old baby boy.

The Marion County Coroner said Lamont Findley died from dehydration and neglect in January of 2017. When police arrived at the infant's home, Lamont was not breathing.

The father, 36-year-old Lance Findley has already been sentenced to 10-years after pleading guilty to neglect charges.

Now, mother Jessica Stultz has agreed to a plea deal. She will be sentenced October 30 in Marion County Criminal Court.
