DANVILLE — Debra Beasley, the owner of Beasley's Orchard in Danville, died at 66.

Debra, known to some as Debbie, and her late husband John, built the orchard that has become a place known for their corn mazes, special events, and youth field trips.

"Debbie was especially passionate about running our barn market, and without her, our wonderful retail space would never exist," the company said in a Facebook post. "She was also instrumental in the creation and development of our fall festival weekends, which so many of you enjoy so much."
