INDIANAPOLIS — Penrose on Mass Ave held a ribbon cutting this Tuesday afternoon marking the opening of the city’s newest apartment building.
The complex is next to Old National Centre and includes 236 luxury apartments, retail space and a parking garage.
“We wanted it to be a space people can call home, as an apartment whether that's a temporary home or it's a place that they call home for a while. That's what we hope, but as well as cater to the neighborhood,” Mark Juleen, vice president of marketing at J.C. Hart, said.
According to the apartment’s website, it offers studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units.
A 505-square foot studio unit goes for just over $1,200.
