PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. -- A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered after nearly four dozen firearms were stolen from a Cloverdale gun shop.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says 47 weapons were taken sometime between Saturday and Monday from Guy’s Gun Locker on North Main Street.

It is unknown what types of weapons were stolen or how many individuals were involved in the burglary.

ATF agents are working with the Cloverdale Police Department and Indiana State Police on the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call ATF at 1-800-283-4867.

The reward is for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the burglary.
