INDIANAPOLIS — Crews cleaned up a sticky situation Sunday morning after a semi truck carrying a load of honey overturned on a major ramp in Downtown Indianapolis.
The crash happened about 8 a.m. on the ramp leading from Interstate 70 eastbound to Interstate 65 northbound at the South Split.
