KOKOMO — Kokomo police have announced the arrest of three teenagers in connection to the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy in early December.

But the central question in this case remains: Who was responsible for the death of Dalton Fisher?

Fisher was shot to death late in the evening of December 8 in the 2100 block of Mark Lane in Kokomo. He was dead at the scene when police arrived at the Lincolnwood apartment complex.

Shortly after the shooting, Fisher's 22-year-old sister, Kyli Fisher, was arrested. She faces charges of Neglect of a Dependent, Possession of a Handgun, and Dealing a Controlled Substance.

According to Kokomo police, she and her little brother went to the apartments to allegedly sell marijuana, but a fight broke out among the people they were meeting and several shots were fired. Dalton Fisher ended up dead.

Now, Kokomo police have arrested three boys for their alleged involvement in the incident. Because they are under the age of 18, their names are not being released.

One 14-year-old is charged with Conspiracy to Commit Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. Another 14-year-old is charged with Attempted Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. The third suspect is 17. He is charged with Attempted Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.

However, at this time, none of those arrested has been charged in the shooting death of Dalton Fisher. The case remains under investigation. Anyone with information that could help Kokomo police is asked to contact Detective Erik Fogg at 765-456-7369.
