INDIANAPOLIS — The Thr3e Wise Men Brewing Co. in Broad Ripple has closed for good.
The business, which has been in the Broad Ripple area for over eight years, posted a sign on their door after closing Sunday evening that they would be closing shop.
"It is with a heavy heart after 8 1/2 wonderful years Thr3e Wise Men Brewing Co. in Broad Ripple shut its doors Sunday, June 9th," the note posted on the door of the business reads. "We will keep our taproom location open in Muncie, where we will continue to offer our signature craft beer while supplies last."
Thr3e Wise Men is owned by the same company that has already closed seven of their 17 Scotty's Brewhouse locations in central Indiana.
"Moving forward, we will offer over 20 craft beers and keep our current menu at the Muncie Thr3e Wise Men location," the note read. "We are extremely grateful to all of you have supported us over the years and to Broad Ripple for inviting us into the neighborhood and filling our barstools over the years."
The note says all gift cards will still be accepted at the Muncie Thr3e Wie Men or any of our 10 Scotty's Brewhouse locations that are still open.
