FOWLER — Two arrests have been made in connection with an arson and the murder of a 60-year-old man.
Duane Scott Muse, 42 and Rhett Allen Martin, 43, have both been arrested and charged with arson and murder.
On December 6, Indiana State Police were began their investigation after the body of 60-year-old Daniel Riegle was found inside a home in the 100 block of North Polk Street by firefighters.
Riegle's cause of death has not been released.
The murder and arson remain under investigation by the Indiana State Fire Marshall's Office, the Fowler Police Department, the Benton County Coroner's Office and the Benton County Prosecutor's Office.
