INDIANAPOLIS -- A Vietnam veteran who had two wheelchairs stolen earlier this month now has a new wheelchair thanks to a group of veterans dedicated to helping former servicemen.

Clifford Wood received a motorized wheelchair on Feb. 13 from Veteran's Affairs. It and a manual wheelchair was stolen from outside his daughter's home on Indianapolis' east side on Feb. 16.

The Warrior Breed Motorcycle Club was one of several groups that stepped forward to help Wood.

They presented him with a new motorized wheelchair Tuesday night. It was given to the group by a terminally ill Marine who requested the chair would be given to another veteran.
