Police Nab 3rd Suspect In Sexual Assault, Robbery

Detectives: Joshua Gomillia Turned Himself In To Authorities

Indianapolis Metro Police arrested a third person in connection to a sexual assault and robbery that happened Thursday on the city's northwest side.

Josh Gomillia, 18, of Indianapolis, turned himself in to authorities early Saturday. Police said Gomillia was accompanied by his attorney.

Investigators said they believe Gomillia, along with two other suspects, Labronze Myles and Wendell Carter Jr., broke into a woman's home at 3300 Crestwell Drive and sexually assaulted her.

Gomillia was arrested on the same preliminary charges as Myles and Carter: criminal deviate conduct, robbery and burglary.

Both Myles and Carter were arrested on Friday.

The victim told police that three men in their 20s, at least one carrying a gun, forced their way inside her home before sexually assaulting her.
