INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric Holcomb has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff Sunday in honor of former US Sen. Richard Lugar.
Flags have been ordered to be flown at half-staff starting Sunday until sunset on the day of Lugar's funeral, which has yet to be announced.
Lugar died early Sunday morning at the age of 87.
