Second Silver Alert issued for Goshen man in less than a week

GOSHEN — A Silver Alert was issued Saturday morning for a Goshen man who has been reported missing for the second time in less than a week.

Goshen Police Department officers are looking for Dennis Heminger, 75, described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 181 pounds, with gray hair and gray eyes, according to the alert.

Heminger was last seen around 8:45 p.m. Friday wearing a lightweight gray jacket, dark-colored T-shirt, blue jeans, and black tennis shoes, according to the alert.

He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, according to the alert.

On Wednesday evening, a Silver Alert was issued for Heminger but was canceled on Thursday after he was found, police say.
