FORT WAYNE — A Silver Alert was declared early Saturday morning for a missing man last seen Monday in Fort Wayne.
Fort Wayne Police Department officers are looking for Trent Thomas, 50, described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to the Silver Alert.
He was last seen around 10 a.m. Monday, according to the alert.
Thomas is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, according to the alert.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 911 or 260-427-2013.
