NEW CASTLE — A Silver Alert was canceled Friday evening for a missing New Castle man after he was safely located in Campbell County, Kentucky.
The Henry County Sheriff's Department was looking for Cloyd L. Dye Jr., an 86-year old white male who is 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighs 144 pounds, has gray hair with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white Manchester College sweatshirt, shorts with pants underneath and driving a gray 2015 Chrysler 300 with Indiana license plate 125TTX, according to information from Indiana State Police.
Dye Jr. was last seen Friday at 7 a.m.
The alert was originally issued Friday afternoon.
