TERRE HAUTE — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 15-year-old boy from Terre Haute who is believed to be in extreme danger.
According to the alert, Clayton Matthew Johnson is 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen waring a black long-sleeve shirt with grey hood, blue jeans and red tennis shoes.
Johnson was last seen at 2:05 a.m. Dec. 7. According to the Terre Haute Police Department, Johnson is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
