INDIANAPOLIS — The owners of a troubled north side apartment complex could find out in two months if it can return to not paying taxes.

The Property Tax Assessment Board of appeals held a hearing on a request to reinstate the tax exempt status for Lakeside Pointe at Nora.

The board gave the property 60 days before it takes up the issue again.

For months, RTV6 has been holding the owner of the apartment accountable for health code violations and residents living in unhealthy conditions.
