Dad Proprietor James Thompson opened Daddy Jack’s in 1990 in the spirit of his dad, Jack. Over time, Daddy Jack’s became well known for fresh Hawaiian fish specials, thus Kona Jack’s came to be a few years later.

Kona Jack’s and Daddy Jack’s are now open for socially distanced dining. Reservations are suggested, as seating is limited to maintain social distance for both indoor and outdoor seating. Proper social distance will be maintained, along with an extremely strict hygiene protocol, including staff masks, gloves and temperature checks. Customers will also be asked to wear masks when entering and exiting, or while socializing with other tables.
