INDIANAPOLIS -- Father Time is undefeated in the NFL.

Robert Mathis, 35, is one of the most decorated players in Colts history.

He has more sacks than anybody else in team history. He's been a staple of Indianapolis for most of his 13-year-career.

But he has zero sacks through four games this season.

Mathis is three seasons removed from a 19.5-sack season. But in those three seasons, he's been through a suspension and torn his Achilles' tendon.

On this week's Horseplay, RTV6's Michael Grady wondered if Mathis has entered the "bless his heart" stage of his career.

"He's close, but not quite able to get the sack," Grady said. "He's trying, but he just can't do what he used to do. Bless his heart."

Grady and RTV6 sports director Dave Furst discussed Mathis' lack of production this season, and when (if?) he'll turn it around. Watch in the video player above.
