WEATHER ALERT DAY: We are seeing some severe thunderstorm watches and warnings off to the northwest of Indianapolis around Lafayette. That system is moving east into central Indiana. Looks like our best chances of showers and storms will be this morning... with a brief lull midday around 10 and 11 am until about 2 or 3 pm.
