SALT LAKE CITY — Two games in two nights against two of the best teams in the NBA was just too much for the Pacers.

After an impressive win at Denver Sunday, Indiana traveled 500 miles to Salt Lake City where the result was not as good.

The Jazz won for the 12th time in 13 games and stopped a five game Pacer winning streak with a 118-88 victory.

Utah led by 12 at the half and the Pacers never challenged in the second half. The Jazz went up by a game high 30 points with just seconds remaining in the 4th quarter.

Indiana was out-rebounded 53-30 and shot just 42%. Myles Turner and Aaron Holiday each had 12 points to lead the Pacers in scoring.

Indiana's western road trip continues Wednesday at Phoenix. The Pacers are now 28-16 while the Jazz improve to 30-13.
