ALERT: A Wind Advisory is in effect for much of Central Indiana until 10pm. Wind gusts between 40 and 50 mph are possible this evening. Make sure to secure any loose items and maybe bring in some of the holiday decorations, if you can do so safely. Winds stay breezy, but not as gusty overnight.

In addition to the wind, we continue with areas of rain this evening. Scattered showers linger into the overnight, but rain chances begin to diminish.

Friday starts off mild with temperatures in the 50s. We may also have just a few rain showers hanging around early in the morning. By late morning and early afternoon, temperatures begin to fall through the 40s and into the 30s. Breezy NW winds will send wind chills into the 30s and eventually the 20s.

Dry weather is in the weekend forecast. Both days start off with temperatures in the 20s. We’ll warm into the mid and upper 30s Saturday followed by a return of the 40s Sunday. Widespread rain returns Monday.
