INDIANAPOLIS -- Police arrested a 20-year-old Indianapolis man Friday in connection with a fatal shooting in late February.
Larry Thomas, 20, faces a preliminary charge of murder in connection with the shooting death of 50-year-old Rito Llamas-Juarez on February 29, 2016.

Llamas-Juarez was shot on the 3900 block of Breen Drive, but was driven to a residence on the 4000 block of Malibu Drive, where an ambulance was called. He was later pronounced dead at Eskenazi Hospital.
Thomas was arrested on the murder charge after appearing in criminal court on an unrelated case.
