KOKOMO — The main suspect in a bizarre kidnapping and homicide case out of Kokomo is facing more charges of kidnapping and torturing two other people.
The Kokomo Police Department says Troy Wilson is now charged with kidnapping, beating and torturing two additional victims last fall. He is also charged with torturing and raping a woman in the winter of 2019.
Police have also charged three others — Jamie Travis, Amanda Bogue, and Brittany Causey — in those new torture cases.
Officers discovered the new alleged victims while they were investigating an incident from two weeks ago. In that case, a woman was killed and a man told police he has been held and tortured in a bathtub for 11 days.
