Severe storms move through central Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS — Severe storms moved through parts of Central Indiana Saturday evening and into the night.

The storms left thousands without power in Indianapolis.

Below is a list of updates as the storms moved through:

11:23 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Dearborn and Ripley counties until 12:15 a.m. Sunday.

11:16 p.m.
As of 11:15 p.m., more than 7,000 Indianapolis Power and Light customers are without power, according to an online outage map.

11:06 p.m.
A tornado warning has been issued for Jay County until 11:30 p.m.

11:05 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Randolph County until midnight.

11:02 p.m.
A sever thunderstorm warning has been issued for Blackford and Jay counties until 11:30 p.m.

A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Henry County until 11:45 p.m.
