Storms move though Indiana Sunday evening

INDIANAPOLIS — There was a chance for severe thunderstorms Sunday evening and into the night throughout Central Indiana.

Severe weather with potential for gusty winds and tornadoes were possible for much of the state.

10:33 p.m.
A flash flood watch is in effect from 8 a.m. Monday until 8 p.m. Tuesday for Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union, and Wayne counties.

10:31 p.m.
A flash flood watch is in effect from 8 a.m. Monday until 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bartholomew, Decatur, Delaware, Henry, Jackson, Jennings, Randolph, Rush, and Shelby counties.

10:15 p.m.
The severe thunderstorm watch for Clay, Daviess, Fountain, Greene, Knox, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo, and Warren counties has been canceled.

The National Weather Service issued a significant weather advisory for parts of Morgan, Hendricks, Owen, and Putnam counties until 9:15 p.m. Hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Sullivan and Knox counties until 7:45 p.m.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Sullivan County until 7:15 p.m.

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for Clay, Daviess, Fountain, Greene, Knox, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo, and Warren counties until 11 p.m.
