INDIANAPOLIS — There was a chance for severe thunderstorms Sunday evening and into the night throughout Central Indiana.
Severe weather with potential for gusty winds and tornadoes were possible for much of the state.

A flash flood watch is in effect from 8 a.m. Monday until 8 p.m. Tuesday for Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union, and Wayne counties.
10:31 p.m.
A flash flood watch is in effect from 8 a.m. Monday until 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bartholomew, Decatur, Delaware, Henry, Jackson, Jennings, Randolph, Rush, and Shelby counties.

The severe thunderstorm watch for Clay, Daviess, Fountain, Greene, Knox, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo, and Warren counties has been canceled.

The National Weather Service issued a significant weather advisory for parts of Morgan, Hendricks, Owen, and Putnam counties until 9:15 p.m. Hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible.
