INDIANAPOLIS -- A man is dead after a shooting on Indianapolis' south side Saturday evening.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers say the incident happened in the 1600 block of Union Street, which is near South Meridian Street.
Police say a man was shot and killed inside a home at that location.
The Marion County Deputy Coroner identified the man as Clifton Sharp, 35.
Police say a woman involved in a relationship with the man was somehow involved in this case and she was cooperating with officers Saturday evening.
Police have not confirmed who actually fired the shots.
No arrests have been made.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
