INDIANAPOLIS -- A judge has ruled that Indianapolis City-County Councilman Jeff Miller can have custody of his son while he's being investigated for child molestation charges.

A judge granted a motion Friday to lift a no-contact order that was issued late last month after Miller was first charged with child molestation.

A Hancock County judge had issued a total of five "no-contact" orders against Miller on November 27.

Miller was charged on November 17 with three counts of felony child molestation after being accused of inappropriately touching two young girls with massagers at his home.

Several other children interviewed by investigators gave similar stories of Miller’s “massage basket” and how he would massage them on their back and legs while they were playing and watching movies at his home. Most of the children did not feel uncomfortable around Miller or with his touching, but a couple of the girls did say there were times when he got “too close” to certain areas.
