Southsiders, rejoice! Portillo's will build a second location in central Indiana, the restaurant announced Tuesday.
It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for – you can now head to Fishers to get your Chicago-style hot dogs.
INDIANAPOLIS -- Southsiders, rejoice! Portillo's will build a second location in central Indiana, the restaurant announced Tuesday.
The next Portillo's location will be at 8150 US 31, near the intersection of Stop 11 Road and US 31. The restaurant will open sometime in 2018.
Portillo's is popular for its hot dogs, burgers and other Chicago-style foods. The only other Portillo's location in Indiana is located in Merrillville.
The other central Indiana Portillo's, near I-69 and 116th Street, opened for business in September 2017.

The new south side one figures to be similar, with a 9,000 square foot restaurant, will a Prohibition-style theme, and two drive-thru lanes.
