INDIANAPOLIS -- Not that anybody in Indianapolis could forget, it's about to get a lot easier to remember that the Indy 500 is rapidly approaching.

IndyCar officials announced Monday that a large banner will be on the side of the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, commemorating May's race. Check out the renderings above.

According to a rendering, the banner will read "Epic Race. Epic Place.", as well as an IndyCar and the Borg-Warner Trophy. Officials plan to have the banner up by the beginning of May, but the weather may change that.

The graphic will be 74,000 square feet.

The race is on May 29.

The JW Marriott has also been home to large banners for the NCAA Tournament bracket leading up to the Final Four in the city in 2015, as well as the Super Bowl when Indianapolis hosted it in 2012.
